1. Service

Chat Extractor, by Dohko Technology, exports Bitrix24 Open Channel conversations, internal chats and workgroup chats to HTML (with built-in PDF printing) and ZIP files.

2. Activation and license

After installation from the Bitrix24 Market, usage depends on activation by Dohko. The license is valid for the period agreed in the contract. Expired licenses, or licenses suspended due to non-payment, block usage until the account is regularized.

3. Access

By default, only administrators of the Bitrix24 account can open the app. Access for all users of the Bitrix24 account can be enabled on request.

4. Exported data

The generated files are the customer's responsibility, including the handling of third-party personal data they contain.
