Dohko Technology respects the privacy of its users and is committed to protecting personal data, in compliance with Brazil's General Data Protection Law (LGPD).
Conversations and messages are read from Bitrix24 and turned into HTML/ZIP files directly in the user's browser. Media (images, audio and documents) passes through Dohko's server only in transit, from Bitrix24 to the browser, because browsers do not allow downloading it directly from another domain. No conversation content or media is stored on Dohko's servers.
To manage the installation and the license, we store only: the Bitrix24 account identifier (member_id), the account domain, the user who installed the app, installation and usage dates, export counters, the export log (who exported which conversations and when, without their content) and the license status. OAuth access tokens are used only during each request and are not stored.
All communication uses SSL/TLS encryption (HTTPS). By default, only Bitrix24 administrators can open the app.
When the app is uninstalled, the Bitrix24 account is marked as removed. License history is kept for billing purposes and can be deleted on request through support: (11) 4293-0188.
